SKIN BOOSTERS

Why choose polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are the latest revolutionary tool in regenerative medicine that work on a cellular level to repair tissue and boost skin quality in both the face and body.

Regenerative treatment

Polynucleotides are natural-origin product and the latest revolutionary tool in regenerative medicine that work on a cellular level to repair tissue and boost skin quality in both the face and body. This innovative new skin-boosting technology is taking the aesthetics market by storm and aims to transform the skin from within.

Each polynucleotide product within the brand has its own unique formula which allows us to tackle concerns in every skin type and in different areas of the face and body.

Polynucleotides can be used to treat:

  • Fine lines

  • Acne scarring

  • Dark under-eye circles

  • Skin laxity

  • Poor tone and texture

How is it different from filler?

Rather than acting as a filler or padding the skin until removed or dissolved, the Polynucleotides give the skin its regenerative instructions and then disappear.

How is it different from other treatments?

Treatment areas

Skin boosters are generally made from hyaluronic acid, which is great for giving your skin a hydration boost. They also can help to reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Polynucleotides stimulate fibroblast and collagen production and wound-healing properties, unlike skin boosters. As a result, they don’t provide the same anti-aging and regenerating effects as polynucleotide injections do.

While some skin boosters contain extra beneficial ingredients like vitamins, minerals and amino acids, polynucleotides bring antioxidant and fibroblast stimulation into the mix as well as a hydration boost.

Polynucleotides can be used as the first treatment to prepare the skin for further treatments and procedures, however it can be used as treatment in its own right.

What are polynucleotides? Understanding what polynucleotides are, including their chemical structure and biological role, can help patients grasp how they are used in medical and cosmetic treatments.

How do polynucleotides work? Exploring the mechanism of action of polynucleotides reveals how they contribute to tissue repair and regeneration, providing benefits in various therapeutic applications.

How are polynucleotides administered? Knowing the methods of administration for polynucleotide treatments informs patients about what to expect during the procedure.

How long do the results last? Discussing the longevity of results from polynucleotide treatments can help patients understand how often they might need to repeat the treatment to maintain benefits.

How many treatments should I have? Guidance on the recommended number of polynucleotide treatments ensures that patients can plan effectively for optimal outcomes.

Are there any side effects of polynucleotides? Addressing potential side effects associated with polynucleotide treatments allows patients to make informed decisions about their health and beauty regimens.

Can I use polynucleotides alongside other treatments? Clarifying whether polynucleotides can be combined with other therapies provides a comprehensive approach to patient care and treatment planning.

Are Polynucleotides safe? Reassuring patients of the safety profile of polynucleotides, when administered under professional supervision, builds confidence in their choice of treatment.

What aftercare guidelines do I need to follow after polynucleotides? Providing aftercare instructions is crucial for ensuring the effectiveness of the polynucleotide treatments and the comfort and satisfaction of the patient.

Who should avoid polynucleotide treatment? Identifying individuals who may not be suitable candidates for polynucleotide treatments helps ensure that the procedure is used safely and appropriately.

Why choose profhilo?

Profhilo is an injectable treatment specifically designed for loose skin which hydrates, boosts and remodels ageing and sagging tissue for a younger and fresher look.

Profhilo is a treatment that was specifically designed to treat skin laxity, or loose skin, and restore firmness of the skin.

The product is based on hyaluronic acid, which is the same ingredient used in popular temporary dermal fillers. However, the formulation is different. Profhilo has one of the highest concentrations of HA available and this means that it is incredible at retaining moisture for hydration. So rather than adding volume, Profhilo works to boost and hydrate the skin for a fresher and smoother look.

By stimulating collagen and elastin, and attracting water in the deeper layers of the skin, the results offer significant tissue improvement by remodelling ageing and sagging tissue. Which in turn, helps to:

  • Sculpt

  • Smooth

  • Lift

  • And tighten the skin

Whilst still achieving natural-looking and flattering results.

The treatment is suitable for men and women as well as offering skin benefits for patients of all ages.

Why choose IPRF? (INJECTABLE PLATELET RICH FIBRIN)

iPRF harnesses one of the most powerful regenerative components of your own blood with a simple injection into the treatment area. It is a fantastic treatment for many areas of the body such as the face for anti-ageing, the scalp for hair thinning/loss or intimate areas for laxity, incontinence and other symptoms.

iPRF (Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin) is the next generation in anti-ageing and surpasses the better known Platelet Rich Plasma, by a huge distance and has 100 times the circulating stem cells (CD34+) of the whole blood and 10-20 times that of bone marrow.

Injectable platelet rich fibrin or (iPRF) uses the patient’s own blood plasma which is enriched with:

  • platelets (source of healing proteins and growth factors)

  • fibrin (the wound healing and regeneration matrix)

  • stem cells (the conductors of our body’s own healing and regenerative orchestra of healing and regeneration molecules).

Patented technology invented by Dr. Joseph Choukroun in 2016, allows us to isolate various fractions from whole blood taken from the patient. This can then be injected via a very fine needle (technique used in mesotherapy) into the area(s) of concern, to activate healing and regeneration. Although this is from the patient’s own body, no area would naturally get exposure to such a potent concentration of biostimulating and regenerative cells. However, the process that is triggered is totally innate and natural.

iPRF intensifies the functioning and reproduction of cells, thus having a gentle, gradual yet long lasting and accumulative effect. As a result, new fibroblasts, collagen and elastin tissues are formed, skin elasticity and complexion is improved, and the pigmentation is reduced. Its uses are not limited to skin rejuvenation.

Potential uses:

  • Skin rejuvenation

  • Scarring

  • Stretch marks

  • Hair loss/thinning

  • Vaginal rejuvenation

  • Acne

  • Procedures – enhancing results and reducing downtime

  • Joint and soft tissue disorders eg tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis
